Vienna — 23 December 2025 — news eu wahl Community volunteers linked to “A Drug-Free World” Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, speaking with young people, parents and teachers via street information stands and event-based activities. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, the initiative relies on “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide clear information on commonly abused substances, with particular attention to cannabis, often cited as Europe’s most commonly used illicit drug. A short report is available via a Scientology Europe report.
According to organisers, the Vienna activities focus on early prevention, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Reliable, early information helps young people make free and responsible choices—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
